Amazon Web Services (AWS)

Amazon S3 is a cloud storage service from Amazon Web Services. Companies can store data in S3 from multiple services. Onna connects directly with S3’s API and is able to connect to a specific bucket to collect all files found, as well as relevant metadata.

Collection Details
  • Metadata Collected: URL, File ID, Date Modified, Other Metadata, MD5 Hash
  • User Account Needed: AWS Admin
  • Sync Types Supported: One-time, Auto
  • Files Collected: Files in selected buckets from S3. The organization can choose what buckets are synced. This integration can be used to form a bridge between other integrations Onna does not offer yet.
  • Native Format: Files are synced in their native format.

Box

Box is a cloud content management and file sharing service. Onna connects directly with the API to collect all information in native format.
Collection Details
  • Metadata Collected: Title, File creation,File last modified, Extension, Size, Path, Revision, Author, File title, File URL in source, File ID
  • User Account Needed: User
  • Sync Types Supported: One-time, Auto
  • Files Collected: All active stored files are collected for an individual user’s account. The Trash folder is not collected.
  • Native Format: Files are synced in their native format.

Confluence

Confluence is a web-based team content collaboration software similar to a wiki. Onna supports Confluence Cloud and Server version 5.7 and up. Onna connects directly with the API to collect all information in native format. The integration collects all data and metadata from an entire Confluence site or individual spaces.

  • Metadata Collected: Space Name, Space ID (numeric field to identify space in Confluence), Confluence Space Type, Ancestors for a file, List of Labels, All content related metadata
  • User Account Needed: Admin (if the aim is to sync entire account)

Dropbox

Dropbox is a file hosting and collaboration platform for individuals and businesses. Onna connects directly with Dropbox’s API to collect all stored files in a user’s account

Dropbox Enterprise

Dropbox is a file hosting and collaboration platform for individuals and businesses. Onna connects directly with their API to collect files that match keywords searched by the admin across specific user accounts.

Github

Github is a web-based hosting service for version control. It is mostly used for computer code. Onna connects directly with Github’s API to collect a user’s pulls and issues.

Gmail

Description
Gmail is an email product from Google. Onna connects directly with Gmail’s API to collect all information in native format, as well as relevant metadata.

Benefits of using Onna
Onna’s Gmail integration allows for granular collection of a user’s account. User’s can select to sync the entire account or sync specific folders or labels.

Google Drive

Onna integrates with Google Drive’s API to extract all related data and metadata from files stored on Google Drive. Additionally, Onna offers an enterprise sync option for companies using Google Suite, whereby the organization’s account administrator can connect all the Google Drive accounts across the company under a centralized repository.

Google Hangouts

Google Hangouts is a communication platform that includes messaging, video chat, SMS and VOIP features.

  • Files Collected: Chats for a single user account. Does not include images sent in chats.

GSuite

GSuite is a set workplace collaboration tools from Google. Onna’s GSuite integration allows for organizations to collect individual’s Gmail accounts, Google Drive accounts, Team Drive accounts and Google Audits.

  • Files Collected: All Gmail accounts from an organization (trash & spam are optional) can be collected.
    GSuite can also be used to create individual drive accounts and team Drive accounts.

JIRA

JIRA is a project management and issue tracking platform used mainly by software development teams. Onna directly connects with JIRA’s API to collect all information in native format.

Microsoft Graph

Microsoft Graph is the name of Microsoft 365’s API. Onna connects directly to Microsoft Graph to collect an organization’s Outlook accounts.

OneDrive

OneDrive is a file hosting service operated by Microsoft. Onna connects directly to OneDrive’s API to collect files for an individual user account.

Description
Outlook is Microsoft’s email service. It can be hosted on premise (Exchange) on the cloud (Microsoft 365). Onna connects directly with the Microsoft 365 API to gather a user’s email account in native format, as well as all relevant metadata.

Onna is the only eDiscovery solution to collect natively from Quip. Onna collects the entire user’s account content with the associated token.

Salesforce

Salesforce is mainly known for its CRM solution, although it sells other commercial applications. Onna connects directly with the Lightning API to collect the files hosted in an account. We plan on enhancing our integration to Salesforce in the future to include content from the CRM.

Description
Slack is a team communication and collaboration tool. Onna integrates with Slack’s Discovery API to collect all information from a single user’s account. For compliance and e-discovery purposes, it is recommended that clients use the Discovery API provided for Slack Plus or Slack Enterprise Grid accounts.

Onna offers a way to search through individual Slack accounts alongside other sources.

Slack Enterprise

Description
Slack is a team communication and collaboration tool. Onna integrates with Slack’s Discovery API to extract all related data and metadata from entire Slack workspaces, specific user accounts or channels, and/or private/multiparty chats. Slack’s Discovery API enables admins to collect information without the need of multiple usernames and passwords. The Discovery API also allows organizations to store deleted and modified messages

Benefits of using Onna
Onna’s Slack Enterprise integration allows users to archive their Slack Enterprise account, either wholly or in granular fashion. Onna users can also collect snapshots of an account. All collections are done in native format so there is no need to deal with JSON files. Onna offers unparalleled capabilities to collect and export from Slack Enterprise. Description
Zendesk is a customer service software and support ticketing system. Onna connects directly with the API to collect all information in native format. The integration collects all data and metadata from a Zendesk account.

Benefits of using Onna
Onna’s Zendesk integration offers unparalleled eDiscovery access to Zendesk accounts. Users can collect open, closed and suspended tickets from an entire account for the time that its been open or for a specified time range. Attachments are collected in their native format and processed & indexed separately, so they’re responsive to search terms. Attachments are not searchable in Zendesk’s platform. Onna can be used to archive entire support accounts.
